Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Wipes by Nvaira, we want you to shop with confidence. If you have second thoughts about a product, purchases may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below. Returns are processed through our authorized delivery partners.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

A product is eligible for return or exchange only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and undamaged
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation is provided
  • The return shipment includes valid tracking details

Valid reasons for return or exchange include:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect item delivered

To help us verify the issue, we may request clear photos or an unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon delivery.

NON-ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products showing signs of use
  • Missing tags, labels, or original packaging
  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery
  • Damage caused by mishandling, water, chemicals, cutting, or alterations
  • Multiple exchange requests for the same order
  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “non-returnable”
  • Change-of-mind requests where the product description does not allow it

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request a return or exchange, please email us at wipesbynvaira@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the subject line:

“Return/Exchange Request – Order # [Order ID]”

Your email should include:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear product photos
  • Invoice copy

Requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, you will be asked to ship the product back using Shiprocket or any trackable courier, ensuring secure packaging. Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt.

REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE

Wipes by Nvaira does not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

  • Approved returns are issued as a credit note or promo code equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges)
  • Credit notes are valid for future purchases only
  • The entire return or exchange process is typically completed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must ensure that:

  • Products are returned in original, saleable condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are included
  • Return shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are advised to review all product details carefully before completing their purchase.

POLICY ABUSE

Returns and exchanges are handled fairly and in good faith. Any suspected misuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity may result in refusal of future return requests.

POLICY UPDATES

Wipes by Nvaira reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
